PULSE SECTION comprising a test pulse generator for producing pulses into EARTH or any conductive mass acting as a virtual ground (ground wiring, or metallic body of a vehicle, machine, computer chassis, etc.).
RECEIVER SECTION when the user touches the dielectric element at the sensing location, a potential variation occurs in the conductive plate during the test pulse due to the capacitive circuit formed between EARTH and the user.
